Mr.  Krussel,

I want to pass along my gratitude for having had the opportunity to work with Chris Brown and his crew while they completed the infrastructure work needed for our MDI project here at the Seton Medical Center.  At every step of the project Chris has been highly professional and has communicated status in a timely manner to all the key local stakeholder’s.   As you are probably aware, Chris’s crew was tasked with working in some of the most sensitive areas of our facility and he completed this work in an almost transparent manner so as to have minimal impact to these critical care patient areas. Chris always placed the safety of our patients and respect for the Clinicians as job one.   Throughout this project Chris has worked tirelessly to ensure the highest industry standards were met on the technical side and has worked equally hard to make sure his clients we happy at every step of the way.  All I can say is “well done, mission accomplished!”

Thank you and I hope we have an opportunity to work with you and your company in the future.

Just wanted to say thank you to Will and Jon for getting ST Thomas West Tele addition completed. I know they worked through lunch and stayed late to resolve a sync issue. They also tackled the monitor install without complaint. Always on time, always complies with all hospital regulations, and professional with GE and hospital staff.  Thanks guys.

Hi Doug,

I wanted to write you personally to acknowledge Moses Acosta, Juan Fernandez and Jose Rubio extensive contributions to the success of the Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center (Las Vegas, NV) project.  In my experience working with them over the last couple of weeks; I have been continuously impressed by their tireless efforts to ensure that all aspects of this project are given the attention it needed.  Whenever a project of this magnitude and complexity is undertaken, issues will always arise.  It is how these issues are handled at certain critical points that determine the ultimate success of the project.  Moses, Juan and Jose always made sure that such issues are properly handled and the resources are available in order to come to a timely resolution.

In short, Moses, Juan and Jose are true professionals.  I am always impressed by their talent and honored to work with them on this project.

Just thought I would pass along my compliments to our great field service team, Fred, Bruce and Moses. This account had a few challenges and they did an outstanding installation job. Steve was also very response to the customer's changing needs and his contribution and support was also appreciated.

I overheard the customer comment they were very dissatisfied with their previous vendor for such "poor service." I am sure this is one of the reasons the customer switched to us. As a testament to our excellent service, Lois Jackson, Nurse Manager, told me she thought the installation went very well and I wanted to share her feedback as well as mine.
